Alternative Training Session – Tuesday 7th September 2010
For those who fancy it, an alternative training session will be taking place next Tuesday 7th September (the club will be open as usual for those that don’t) ….. details as follows: Where Up through Duchess Woods to climb Tom na h-Airidh (Highland Games hill) (354m), with options to cut off towards the Hill House for those not wanting to go the whole way. Meeting point Lomond School new gym hall car park. Time 1930 SHARP. Distance 4/5ish miles. Footwear NOT your new trainers!
