Road Race Championships – The Rules
The Championship is open to all members of Helensburgh AAC.
The Championship is handicapped therefore anybody of any standard can win! Times for each qualifying race will be adjusted to take into account current handicap times therefore participants must have completed the Monthly Club Handicap in order to have acquired a ‘handicap’ for the Championship.
Points from 20 downwards will be awarded for each category – your best time will count.
5 out of the 6 event categories will count towards a participants final score. If you are not in the race results as running for HAAC and you want your time considered then you must forward your time to: paul.thompson3@tesco.net
Results from the Women’s 10K and the Fresh ‘n’ lo Glasgow 10K and Half do not state clubs so again participants will need to forward thier times to the above email address if they wish to be considered.
