A NEW DIMENSION TO YOUR TRAINING

As they say themselves: ‘SOS Fitness is Scotland’s newest revolutionary training organisation that specialise in functional fitness for all ages and standards. We use the latest researched principles that are delivered by only real full time Military Physical Training Instructors from Royal Navy, Marines and Royal Air Force. We make the most of designed programmes that have a combination of agility, co-ordination, power, speed, strength and endurance into a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session for all our clients.
‘We aim to ensure that no matter the level of fitness you appear to express we will leave no stone unturned until both short and long term goals have been reached.’
It’s training with a difference, suitable for all abilities and will help your running into the bargain.
There will be the option to take part in an SOS session on the second Tuesday of every month – dates for the sessions are June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, October 10. It will cost £3 per member (the actual cost is £5 but the club will be paying the balance of £2 per head), for each session and will start prompt at 7.30pm, so get there early to pay your money and get yourself prepared!
There will be a form in the clubhouse for names of those interested in taking part. Only current members may participate.
